Steps-
 1.Firstly select your pic and open that pic in picsart.. . 👇👇👇



 2. Then go to TOOL then select STRETCH



 3. Then  Adjust pic as u want. ..  I set like this  👇👇👇




4. Then add effect photo 👇👇👇  (click here to download effect PNG)



5. Then take NORMAL to LIGHTERN.... .   Then adjust effect png
